ASSOCIATION NEWS
Our last meeting held at the Plattduetsche Park Restaurant
held on January 18th, 2012 was a good one.
40 brave souls came out in the cold to enjoy a nice
night of German Hospitality.
On the business side of the meeting,
all election positions were unopposed, which in essence
means no one stepped up to become a Board Member.
The result, all Board Members have held their positions on the Board for another year.
John Rohr chaired the meeting and informed us that
Charlie Schmidt is ill and to keep him in your prayers.
He also told us of 20 visitors from Germany that will be coming to NYC the end of February.
Anyone wishing to volunteer to help us escort them around town, would be greatly appreciated.

of five long term Steuben Members.

ATTENTION ALL RETIREES

Did you know you can take the World Trade Center Medical at
Fort Totten? If you are scheduled to take the WTC Medical at the Brooklyn location, you can call and reschedule your appt. and location to Fort Totten. The only catch is there is a long wait for the alternate locations. The other alternate locations are as follows:
Middletown (Upstate NY) and Brentwood (Long Island).
